The Barn is the newest addition to a high end boutique office complex. The site is located in the heart of Peapack-Gladstone Borough, adjacent to the NJ Transit Peapack Train Station. The project objective is to create a quality environment; encompassing the building’s interior and exterior, including the surrounding landscape.
- This 5,400 sq. ft. 3-story office building is carefully placed and designed to blend in as part of the surrounding context.
- Authentic building materials, includes local stone, copper roof and gutters, recycled brick pavers and reused European style cast iron railings.
