Senior Design Architect will have 10+ years of experience with strong design, presentation and management skills for large scale multi-family mixed-use projects.   This individual will work with the firm’s Principals and responsibilities will include client meetings, planning board meetings and public presentations, management of budgets, schedules and project teams, proposal and contract writing, coordination of outside consultants and project management for multiple concurrent projects.  This person shall have working knowledge of building and zoning codes, as well as strong design and graphic skills with proficiency in design software (Revit, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, photoshop, etc).  Candidate must be a registered Architect in the US; a NJ Professional Planner license would be beneficial.

Project Architect shall have 7 to 10 years of experience, with a strong background in the design, production and coordination of quality construction documents for large multi-family mixed used projects, knowledge of the New Jersey building and zoning codes, and good communication skills.  This individual will report directly to a Principal and will be the primary contact person with the project team members, including the engineering Consultants and the client.  This person shall exhibit strong technical and verbal skills, must be a Registered Architect in the United States, and be confident in leading a project team from schematic design through construction.  Familiarity in editing project manual specifications is recommended.

Staff Architect shall have 2 to 5 years of experience working in an Architectural office and demonstrate confidence in Revit and AutoCAD.  Good project oriented experience with Revit is highly desired.  This person will report to a Project Architect and Principal in the firm, and will be a solid contributor to the project team in developing the project documents and presentation materials.  Experience in design and documentation of multi-family residential projects is a plus.

Design Architect with up to 3 years of experience working in an Architectural office.  The candidate must have strong skills utilizing SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and other graphic rendering programs. Experience designing multi-family mixed-used communities is desired. This person will work directly with a Principal assisting in conceptual design and assembling quality presentation drawings.  Familiarity with 3D Studio Max and Illustrator is a benefit.

Intern Architect with up to 3 years of experience, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other graphic software programs.  Experience working in and architectural firm is desired.

Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience working in an Architectural Office and required experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D modeling including Sketch Up.  The candidate must be organized, have a thorough understanding of construction documentation, and be able to coordinate with outside consultants.  In addition, the candidate must possess the skills required to successfully execute project tasks, have a strong work ethic, have excellent communication skills, and be a dynamic team player in developing the project documents and presentation materials.  Experience in design through construction documentation, as well as FF&E specification packages of multi-family residential and hospitality projects is a plus.
