Quarry Place is set to be a new gateway into the Village of Tuckahoe community with the redevelopment of an existing industrial/commercial property. The new development is located just off of Midland Avenue, a main thoroughfare that connects Tuckahoe and Eastchester to the Bronx River Parkway, Cross County Parkway and New York State Thruway. In addition, the train station is just three blocks away, providing easy access to Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal in under 45 minutes.
The project includes the construction of two 4-story multifamily residential buildings.
