Originally known as Frost Watson Lumberyard, this project is a true melting of new construction and old craftsmanship. The 49 – 3 story attached single family homes ranging from 3,000 to 3,750 s/f capture the essence of small town America. Snuggled in the heart of Newtown Borough this community maximizes the community green space by using the traditional neighborhood concept of rear loaded garages. The renovation of the original Stone Mill building creating 7 loft-like town homes ranging from 1,650 to 2,800 s/f helps incorporate this TND concept with the new urban infill movement. The final element that creates a successful design is the integration of new and existing. The 3 single family homes ranging from 3,500 – 4,000 s/f complete the project by matching the Victorian style of Washington Ave. The true success of this project is the use of modern technology in materials in combination with old world craftsmanship.
