The 49 &#8211; 3 story attached single family homes ranging from 3,000 to 3,750 s\/f capture the essence of small town America. Snuggled in the heart of Newtown Borough this community maximizes the community green space by using the traditional neighborhood concept of rear loaded garages. The renovation of the original Stone Mill building creating 7 loft-like town homes ranging from 1,650 to 2,800 s\/f helps incorporate this TND concept with the new urban infill movement. The final element that creates a successful design is the integration of new and existing.
