{"id":1714,"date":"2014-11-06T23:51:52","date_gmt":"2014-11-07T04:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/river-graphics-design.net\/minno\/?p=1714"},"modified":"2020-11-24T08:17:40","modified_gmt":"2020-11-24T13:17:40","slug":"bayfront","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.minnowasko.com\/mw\/bayfront\/","title":{"rendered":"Bayfront"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Jersey City, New Jersey<\/h3>\n<h4>BRP Development<\/h4>\n<p>Bayfront is slated to become one of Jersey City\u2019s newest waterfront communities.&nbsp; The project will create a new pedestrian friendly urban neighborhood from what were industrial, commercial and municipal sites.&nbsp; Bayfront is located on the east side of Jersey City in the Bayside Development Zone and is ideally situated to take advantage of views to the Hackensack River and Newark Bay.&nbsp; The 100-acre development will have 23 acres of open green space; about 4-5 times the amount normally found in a typical Jersey City urban tract of the same size.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Bayfront Redevelopment Plan adopts basic components of urban Smart Growth with access to mass transit, green spaces and paths for pedestrians and cyclists. The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail currently has a stop just a few blocks from the Bayfront site.&nbsp; There are future plans to connect with the project and provide direct access to Manhattan through the PATH system.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 mixed-use residential blocks overlooking a \u201cpublic green\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Attractive pedestrian Gateway to the waterfront along Kellogg Street<\/li>\n<li>1,135 residential dwelling units<\/li>\n<li>4,500 sq ft Retail space<\/li>\n<li>1,490 parking spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jersey City, New Jersey BRP Development Bayfront is slated to become one of Jersey City\u2019s newest waterfront communities.&nbsp;
