PRAIRIE- HOCHBURG RESIDENCE
Harding Township, New Jersey

The Prairie-Hochberg Residence was built in 1997 as a retirement home for the couple.  The 5,370 square foot residence was built in the English Country style using stucco as the main façade material with stone accents on the multiple chimneys.

The home was oriented to take advantage of the beautiful vistas from the rear of the home, which overlook preserved conservation land.  Therefore the Living Room, Family Room, Kitchen, Sun Room, and Master Suite have all been given large expanses of windows to overlook the natural landscape.  The Living Room and Foyer have cathedral ceilings to further emphasize the homes’ access to natural light.

The floor plan has a natural, open feel that promotes both relaxing by the multiple fireplaces and also large gatherings of family and friends.  The gourmet  Kitchen is adjacent to both the Sun Room and Family Room for easy communication and entertaining.

The Master Suite is located on the First Level and includes a home Office, a custom built-in Walk-in-Closet, and Master Bath.  Three additional Bedrooms are located on the Second Level for visiting family and friends.
