Minno & Wasko has partnered directly with our clients and also independently to provide structural design for Photovoltaic arrays throughout the Northeast. This is another aspect of Sustainable Design that we feel is important to reduce the impact of the built world on our environment.

These installations have ranged from simple residential scale ground mount projects to fully engineered rooftop solutions. These freestanding and rooftop systems provide energy directly to the building as well as indirect benefit of providing shade covered parking on the ground or top level of parking structures. We have also provided designs integrated into flat roof construction which take advantage of large underutilized flat areas of the building.

We have worked with both the State of New Jersey and other agencies to take advantage of the rebate programs available for this renewable energy resource.
