The Partnership of MINNO & WASKO was formed in 1995 by David Minno and Gary Wasko, who have worked together, as architects, since 1983. Their combined experience totals more than 55 years.
In the past 10 years the firm has grown to include 4 more partners; Bruce Englebaugh, Glenn Haydu Sang Yee Rummler and Bob Jorgenson, each bringing a distinct design style and experience to the company.
Each project receives the same full attention of all the partners, with one taking the lead to oversee that project from design to construction completion.
David J. Minno, AIA, PP
Dave brings extensive experience with housing, community design, senior housing and light commercial projects. He has worked on many planned development communities as land planner and frequently serves as an expert witness on planning and zoning cases.

Bruce’s area of expertise lies in translating an owner’s ideas into a concept design that fits within zoning and building code parameters. He is responsible for overseeing design staff and managing a diverse range of architectural projects from initial concept to construction completion.
