Available Positions

Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead large multi-family and mixed-use projects from schematic design through construction. Reporting directly to a principal, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineering consultants, and your internal team. The ideal candidate is a U.S. Registered Architect with a strong background in producing and coordinating construction documents, a deep understanding of building and zoning codes, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with editing project manual specifications is a plus.

Designer

We are looking for a Designer with up to 3 years of experience in an architectural office to join our team. Working directly with a Principal, you will help shape conceptual designs and put together clear, high-quality presentation drawings. You should be comfortable using SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. Because visual storytelling is a big part of our process, any familiarity with InDesign, photo-realistic rendering, or AI visualization tools is a great bonus. Background experience with multi-family and mixed-use communities is also highly desired.

Interior Designer

We are looking for an Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of architectural office experience to join our team. In this role, you will help develop everything from initial presentation materials to final construction documents. Because you will be coordinating closely with outside consultants and our internal team, strong organization and communication skills are essential. We rely heavily on Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D modeling (like SketchUp) to bring our ideas to life. If you also have experience assembling FF&E specification packages—particularly for multi-family residential and hospitality projects—that is a wonderful bonus.

Internship Program

Minno & Wasko offers a 10-week internship program for 4th- and 5th-year architecture and interior design students from local universities. Interns are embedded directly within our Lambertville and Newark studios, gaining hands-on experience by rotating through our design, technical, and construction administration teams.

General Application

At Minno & Wasko, our work spans architecture, planning, interior design, and structural engineering across our Lambertville and Newark studios. We are a collaborative team, and we are always looking for dedicated people who share our passion for thoughtful placemaking and sustainable design. Before submitting a general application, please check our current openings to see if a specific role matches your experience. If you don't see an exact fit, we would still love to hear from you.
