College Arms is off campus student housing for West Chester University in West Chester, PA. College Arms has 75 one, two, and three- bedroom apartment units. All units have a full kitchens and full bathrooms. This project is being designed to achieve a LEED Gold rating under the new LEED 2009 rating system. Some green features include:

• solar powered hot water heating
• upgraded mechanical systems
• advanced daylighting system
